Vote for candidates recommended by ICE Condominium’s Board of Directors and Governance Advisory Panel.
Over the past three years, the Board has made sweeping changes at ICE, replacing the management and security teams, investing in capital improvements, improving owner communication, and creating a stable financial position.
The foundation has been set.
Over the next three years, we will follow through with this trajectory, resolving high-impact issues like elevators and hallway conditions, repairing ICE’s public reputation, and reducing common element fees.
